Cancellation, No-Show, and Rescheduling Policy

At Moonstone Meadow Esthetics, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth operations, please note the following policy:

• Appointments rescheduled or canceled within 6 hours of your scheduled time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service cost.

• No-shows will also be charged 50% of the service cost.

We understand that life happens, and emergencies arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid charges and allow other clients to book.

Client Preparation for Wax, Lashes, and Brow Services

To ensure the best results, please follow these preparation guidelines before your appointment:

Waxing

1. Exfoliate: Gently exfoliate the area 24 hours before your appointment to remove dead skin and prevent ingrown hairs.

2. Hydrate: Keep your skin moisturized, but avoid heavy lotions or oils on the day of your appointment.

3. Hair Length: Hair should be at least ¼ inch long (about the size of a grain of rice) for effective waxing.

4. Avoid Irritants: Avoid tanning, heavy sun exposure, or using retinol/acid-based products on the area for at least 48 hours prior.

Lash Services

1. Clean Lashes: Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes and avoid oil-based products for 24 hours before your appointment.

2. Avoid Caffeine: Skip caffeine on the day of your appointment to minimize jitters and help you relax.

3. Wear Comfortable Clothing: Be prepared to lie down for an extended period.

Brow Services

1. No Tweezing: Avoid tweezing or trimming your brows for at least 2-3 weeks before your appointment.

2. Clean Skin: Arrive with makeup-free skin, especially around the brow area.

3. Avoid Irritants: Refrain from using retinol or acid-based products near the brows for at least 48 hours prior.
